A little about me...
Although my enthusiasm to make The KoolerCap a household name remains paramount, another great passion of mine is skydiving (I’ve included a few pictures here for your perusal). I’ve amassed more than 1,400 skydives over the last 40 years and I’m eagerly looking forward to the next one!
I frequently have the good fortune of getting to jump with an elite group of 30-40 skydivers and doing so has provided opportunities to skydive in many places around the world including; Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. We’ve even had the privilege to participate in two skydiving world records.
When I’m not jumping out of an airplane, you can find me coaching high jump at the high school level. When I was in high school, a counselor, Mr. Buswell, guided a troubled youth into track and field, where I was fortunate to excel. His influence positively altered the direction I was heading and I vowed to someday honor Mr. Buswell by coaching high school athletes. What began sixteen years ago as a means of “payback” has developed into one of the best jobs ever!
Last, but certainly not least, I am married to the most wonderful woman, Pam McGarry. Pam is a huge part of why I am so passionate about the KoolerCap, she completes my life and has been so supportive in all my endeavors. In addition to working her full-time job she tirelessly promotes the Koolercap with me at shows on the weekends. Pam works extremely hard and without her none of this would be possible.
